The Next Generation Leaders Convention is

The Next Generation Leaders (NGL) Convention is a Louisiana-based convention aimed to improve the leadership and professional skills of high school students in and around the greater Baton Rouge area.

The NGL Convention was created, coordinated, and hosted by, the LSU Ambassadors student organization located on LSU's Baton Rouge campus. 

​

The LSU Ambassadors have created an innovative and interactive way to build the leadership skills of high school students as they move on to college or go into the workforce. 

​

The primary vision and goal of the NGL Convention is to provide a professionally-made leadership development curriculum to as many high school students as we can, and have fun while doing it! As LSU Ambassadors, we understand the importance of leadership and we want to play an integral part in preparing the next generation of leaders.

​

The Third Annual Next Generation Leaders Convention of 2024 will be held on Saturday, April 13th at Louisiana State University's Student Union in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. More details about the convention will be released in the following months!

Registration for the NGL Convention 2024 will open on December 1st, 2023!
