What is the Registration Process?

Registration opens on  December 1st, 2023 and closes on March 1st, 2024. Our registration process has two steps.

• The first step of our registration process must be completed by the contacted teachers/advisors. Through a secure survey, teachers/advisors will answer key information about their school and themselves. To finish the first part of registration, they will list the chosen students from their high school to attend the convention. After they submit this form, they will receive the second step of the registration process that must be completed by the nominated students.

• For the second part of the registration process the teachers/advisors will then send this registration form to the chosen students, and the students will then answer questions pertaining to their own personal information. Only after BOTH registration forms are completed by the teacher/advisor and ALL of the students that are attending the convention, will the registration process be considered complete.
